The Organization registered under the Companies Act, 1963, Act 179 in the year 2018, with the aim of being the bridge of hope to the hopeless. It has all of its activities embedded in seven Sustainable Development Goals.

Legal Status: Registered in March 2018 with the registration number CG018622018 at the Registrar General’s Department, Accra, Ghana.
